Get to know us

OGC is based in authenticity, connection, ambition, respect, generosity, vulnerability, empathy, and an abundance mindset - we are not here to perform for each other.

There is enough room at the top for all of us, and rising tides lift all boats.

OGC is primarily an asynchronous, virtual community designed to relieve the pressure of performance, but membership also includes access to optional in-person and virtual sessions and events.

Ask for help and give help in return, over-index on support and encouragement, give as much as you take. Bring your authentic self - flaws and doubts, fuck ups and victories, comebacks and all.
