Working women and non-binary people need a safe, accessible space to replicate the behaviors of the old boys club - asking for favors, insights, help, & intros, venting, sharing tips and recs, etc.
working women are busy, with schedules that are constantly shifting. as such, the core value of ogc is in it being async, virtual, affordably priced and flexible in commitment level.
OGC membership will always be application-based to keep the space curated, inclusive, and committed to shared values.
This space is designed for women and non-male identifying people working in male-dominated fields as an opportunity to have a space that feels built for them, as compared to the rooms they frequently find themselves in
Rising tides lift all boats - this is a community of equal give and take, with the belief that we can all succeed alongside each other.
Our ideal member is:
a woman or non-binary person who considers their career a major part of their identity and is actively pursuing growth and impact
someone who is excited about participating in an equal give/take community of support and knowledge sharing, and who has shown examples of this behavior in the past
